Introducing our Novella book club! At The Novel House, we believe a story should be judged by its quality, not by its word count. Novella book club will focus on discussing books which are 200 pages or less. So if you're pushed for time, but still want the opportunity to discuss a great read with some fellow book-lovers, look no further!
October's Novella book club will be discussing The Fatal Eggs by the Soviet writer Mikhail Bulgakov. A satirical sci-fi set in Moscow in 1928, Colin has picked this based on its unusual premise and the hope of some interesting and challenging ideas being packed into a very short novel.
