Can I order books in?
Absolutely. We have a great range of books available on our shelves, but just let us know if there's something you specifically want and we can order it in especially for you! Generally, our customer orders take 1-2 days to arrive so you won't have to wait long for your order to come in. We will text, phone or email you when it arrives too.
Do you sell/take second-hand books?
We only sell new books at The Novel House so for this reason we are unable to take donations of second-hand books
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do indeed! We sell both our own vouchers and National Book Tokens. You can purchase both in-store.
