October Sci-Fi & Fantasy Book Club

Our sci-fi fantasy bookclub is the home of world-builiding, futuristic, battlestrewn novels set in fantastical (although sometimes real) worlds! This book club focuses on reading the most exciting new SFF releases in paperback and meet monthly in a fun and welcoming environment. It's perfect for sci-fi fans, fantasy afficindios, or those wanting to read the genre for the first time! 

October's SFF book club will be discussing Amongst the Burning Flowers by Samantha Shannon. A prequel to her renowned (and rather chunky) novel The Priory of the Orange Tree, this shorter installment can be enjoyed by those new to the series as well as those already familiar with the books. Tom has picked this book as a fun introduction to an epic fantasy series full of dragons, danger, heartbreak and human resilience.
